Interactive Whiteboard Hub Coordinator

Kate is an experienced classroom teacher and an Interactive Technology Specialist. Her extensive knowledge of the technology and her pedagogical use of the Interactive Whiteboards in the classroom has assisted her to successfully train educators across Australia. In 2006 Kate joined the Australian National School Network (ANSN) and was involved in a National Research initiative surrounding Interactive Whiteboards. Kate now facilitates IWB Hubs in Victoria and NSW and works with other Networkers to stay at the forefront of the technology. Kate is passionate about IWBs and shares with others the impact that they can have on improving teacher pedagogy and student learning outcomes.
